- Prevailed in three week bench trial in lease dispute, achieving $500,000 judgment plus over $300,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs.
- Prevailed on summary judgment defending successor employer against former employer’s claim of trade secret misappropriation.
- Successfully obtained preliminary injunction against former employee for trade secret misappropriation.
- Defense and successful resolution of numerous employee and class action claims including harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and other labor code violations.
- Counseling and advice to employers on a wide range of employment issues including discrimination claims, workplace investigations, accommodations for disabilities, family and medical leaves of absence.
- Developed and currently present sexual harassment training seminars for both management and employees.
- Litigated contentious real estate partnership dispute through several week arbitration and on appeal.
