Our employment law practice has two aspects: litigation and operational employment law advice.
In litigation, our team represents both employers and employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and breach of contract disputes before government agencies and in the courts.
On the operational side, we advise employers on a wide range of everyday topics including employee benefits, drug testing, employee and consultant contracts, and compliance with state and federal employment law. Our employment attorneys review and draft employee handbooks and employer policies, counsel clients on anticipated hirings and terminations, and advise top-level executives in connection with anticipated layoffs or downsizing. Our attorneys are also adept at negotiating and structuring executive compensation and severance agreements for our clients.
