Employment Law

Our employment law practice has two aspects: litigation and operational employment law advice. In litigation, we represent employers and employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and breach of contract disputes before government agencies and in the courts. On the operational side, we advise employers on a wide range of topics affecting their everyday operations, such as employee benefits, drug testing, employee and consultant contracts, and compliance with state and federal employment law. Our employment law attorneys review and draft employee handbooks and employer policies, counsel clients on anticipated hirings and terminations, and advise top level executives in connection with anticipated layoffs or downsizing. Our attorneys also negotiate and structure executive compensation and severance agreements for our clients
